We use the information you give Juan Stop Shop to answer your request, make your order, and arrange delivery. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you give us

We collect your name and contact details, order or custom-request details, and files or photos you submit. Shipped orders also need a delivery address. Please include only information needed for the job.

Services that help us run the shop

Stripe processes payments and checkout details. Your full card number is entered on Stripe and is not stored by our shop. Resend sends transactional email. Our hosting, email, shipping, and business-record services process information needed for their part of the work. Customer messages may also be organized with automated tools so we can respond and follow up.

Files, photos, and retention

We use uploaded files to review or produce your requested work. We do not publish your photos or designs as examples without permission.

Temporary model and photo uploads normally expire after 7 days, and generated preview downloads after 24 hours. A paid order can have a separate production copy retained with its order records, so an expired download does not mean every copy has been deleted. Saved quote details, inquiries, and order records are retained to support the work, follow-ups, and business recordkeeping.

You can request deletion of files or personal information by emailing us. We will explain what we can remove and any records we need to retain. Removal from active files does not instantly remove copies in existing backups.

Analytics and browser storage

We use self-hosted, cookieless Umami to understand visits and steps such as product previews and checkout. We do not intentionally send your personalization text, contact details, or uploaded files to analytics. Your browser stores your cart and theme choice locally; another device may not have the same cart. You can remove cart items or clear browser storage.

Contact and follow-up

We use your contact details for your request or order, including design questions, receipts, timing, delivery, and service follow-up. We do not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list. You can tell us if you do not want optional feedback requests.
