Refunds & Returns

Almost everything we make is custom and built to order, so this is how refunds work.

Before we start

Changed your mind? Cancel any time before production begins for a full refund. Just email us with your order reference and we'll take care of it.

Custom & personalized items

Because items are made to your specs (colors, text, photos, sizes), they can't be resold. Once we've started production, custom orders are generally non-refundable. If you're unsure about anything, reach out before you order and we'll help you get it right.

If something's wrong

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, we'll remake it or refund it, whichever you prefer. Let us know within 7 days of pickup or drop-off and include a photo of the issue.

Sales tax

Refunds include any Kansas sales tax collected on the refunded amount.

How to request a refund

Email hello@juanstopshop.me with your order reference (it looks like JSS-XXXXXX). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days.

Pickup & shipping

For now we do local pickup or drop-off in the Wichita, KS area only. No shipping yet.
