Start with an idea, sketch or reference

A sketch, a photo, a broken part or a description is a useful starting point. Tell us what the finished piece needs to do, its approximate size and what it must fit.

We review the request, identify missing measurements and quote the design work before starting. A photo can explain the idea; fit-dependent parts also need measurements or a physical reference.

The design fee and included revisions are scoped for your project. We'll agree on the preview or prototype you'll review and how any extra changes would be priced.

The file quote covers printing the supplied geometry. Remodeling, resizing that needs design changes, or solving a fit problem is separate design work; describe that before ordering.

Include units, critical dimensions and the intended use. We can review those details with you, rather than infer how a part should fit or be loaded from a model alone.

For repeat parts, tell us the quantity, intended use, required consistency and deadline. We can discuss a small run without assuming that every file is ready for production.

  1. Agree on the scope. Confirm the model or design work, material, quantity, finish and any fit checks.
  2. Check fit where needed. Agree on any prototype or first-piece check and approve it before the rest of the batch is made.
  3. Approve the run. Confirm any changes, the batch price and timing, then we print and check the agreed parts.

Prototype work and changes are included or priced separately in your quote. Quantity and turnaround depend on the part and the current schedule.

What you'll review, any prototype or first-piece cost and the approval points needed for your job.

Material, quantity, relevant dimensions, finish and the checks agreed for the job.
Timing and delivery
The production schedule and shipping arrangements. Carrier transit is separate from production time.

Work beyond the agreed scope is discussed and priced before proceeding. Sending a request starts that conversation; it does not place an order.

PLA is a common choice for indoor prototypes, organizers and decorative pieces. PETG can suit functional parts that need more toughness and heat tolerance than PLA. Tell us about heat, sunlight and loads so we can choose for the actual job.

FDM prints have visible layers, and orientation affects strength and surface finish. Share critical fit dimensions and the surfaces that matter. A prototype is useful when fit or function needs checking before a run.
